Log into your ParentSquare account to get started.

Once in your account home page, browse to the options menu on the left side, expand the PARTICIPATE section, and then click on Volunteer Hours at the bottom of the menu:

Complete all the information in the next window, begin by selecting the Month and Activity that best matches your volunteering time:

If you selected Class Event/Activity, you will be also prompted to select the Teacher and Grade that applies to your volunteering time:

Make sure to add a description of your volunteering time in the Any additional details box and your Total Time, then click the  Save  button at the bottom of the form to submit and record your volunteer time.  Note that you can record multiple entries for each month.

Finally, review the MY VOLUNTEER HOURS section on the right side to verify that your volunteer time has been recorded correctly - use the trash can icon to delete an entry and re-enter your time if needed:
